Ultimate Happy Belly Smoothie
Aug 17, 2024This is my daily breakfast. I make 32-48 oz. When I am travelling, I actually miss this stuff. It tastes good, powers me through my busy day, and helps me poop. What else is food supposed to do? Try it!
I add pineapple when I can get them. Let me know your favorite variations.
RECIPE:
Banana (or orange)
Kale
Magnesium powder (Nature's Calm)
1 Brazil nut
Flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Walnuts
Prunes
Frozen berries
Protein powder (Sprouts or Orgain)
Water, sometimes ice
OPTIONAL:
Kombucha (homemade)
Pineapple
Goji berries
Spirulina or Chlorella powder
Mushroom supplements (Lion's Mane or Stamets 7)
Coconut cream (I'm a fat burner)
Almonds
Vitamin C powder
Ginger
Yogurt
FOR EXTRA POOPING POWER: add 1-4 ounces Olive Oil
