and I'm confident that this is going to improve your life. Awkward confession time. I was chronically constipated for years. I was often constipated as a kid and had various medications, home remedies, and enemas forced on me. As an adult, I started having frequent, debilitating episodes of severe constipation.  I woke up with a stomach ache every single day.

I switched up my diet, did yoga, learned some qigong, I tried several fasting protocols, and bounced from one promising therapy or supplement or technique to the next. My anxiety skyrocketed because of the constipation, work stress, and having kids.
